Greeenough: Deep Tube Riding

Pioneer surf cinematographer, filmmaker and board designer George Greenough recently found some lost 16mm waveriding footage from the late '60s. It has never been seen... until now. Long before HD video cameras went digital and dinky, Santa Barbara native George Greenough was strapping a full-sized film camera to his back and capturing POV footage from inside the tube. Aloha, Doc

We are saddened to learn that Dorian 'Doc' Paskowitz has passed away at the age of 93. A graduate of Stanford, Doc traveled the US with his wife and 9 children, helping the needy and raising his kids on a healthy dose of sunshine and surf. This is the second episode of the McTavish short film series 'Dedicated To The Craft'. Follow team rider Christian 'Wispy' Barker as he rummages around his home beaches and up and down the east coast in search of fun and empty waves.
